Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions or service delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events outside of our control

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please:

  • Check around your delivery location

  • Contact the carrier directly for assistance

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and/or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
